By purchasing from this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. fine-label.com reserves the right to amend, alter, or update any policies, specifications, and terms at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to this Site.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION & ORDER MANAGEMENT

- Order Modifications: Please carefully check your shopping cart items, size, quantity, and color prior to checking out. Orders cannot be modified, amended, or combined once processing has begun.
2. PRICING & CURRENCY
- All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice.
- fine-label.com reserves the right to withdraw products from sale and alter prices or specific item details at its absolute discretion.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
- Accepted Methods: We accept Internet Banking (IB), FPX Online Banking, PayPal, and Credit Cards only. ATM Cash Transfers are strictly not accepted.
- Verification: Payment details/receipts must be submitted via the provided form immediately upon transaction completion. If payment is not received within the designated system timeframe, orders will be automatically cancelled and cannot be reversed.
- Verification Failures: In cases where payment cannot be auto-verified, customers must provide valid transaction proof via WhatsApp to expedite processing.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
FINE LABEL provides Express Shipping throughout Malaysia and international shipping to Singapore.
A. Rates & Estimated Timelines (Effective 08/01/2024)
- West Malaysia: Delivered via Flash Express / Poslaju. RM 8 flat rate (Complimentary free shipping for orders above RM 150). Delivery takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.
- East Malaysia: Delivered via Flash Express. RM 15 flat rate (Complimentary free shipping for orders above RM 200). Delivery takes 3–7 working days from dispatch.
- Singapore: Delivered via Ninja Van. Delivery takes 5–14 working days from dispatch. Weight-based tiers apply:
- 0.01 kg – 1.00 kg: RM 30
- 1.01 kg – 1.50 kg: RM 36
- 1.51 kg – 2.00 kg: RM 42
- 2.01 kg – 2.50 kg: RM 48
- 2.51 kg – 3.00 kg: RM 53
B. Dispatch Protocol & Security Boundaries
- 24-Hour Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours upon successful payment verification (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- No P.O. Box Deliveries: For security purposes, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- Unattended Deliveries: Customers are responsible for ensuring an authorized recipient is present at the nominated address to accept the parcel. If unavailable, the courier service may leave a card with pickup/redelivery instructions.
- Liability Limitations: FINE LABEL shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late courier delivery. Any damage or loss to goods during transit is strictly the courier's responsibility; no cash refunds will be issued for transit issues.
C. Bounced & Returned Parcels
- Notification: If a parcel is bounced back to us by the courier, we will contact the customer directly via WhatsApp (+6010-5133557).
- Redelivery Costs: Additional postage fees for redelivery purposes must be borne entirely by the buyer. Parcels will only be rescheduled for delivery after the redelivery fee payment is fully verified.
- No Consolidation: FINE LABEL reserves the right to decline any request to combine bounced parcels with new or separate orders.
- Forfeiture Clause: Any bounced parcels left unclaimed after a 90-day grace period will be permanently forfeited with no store credit or refunds issued.
5. 10-DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a Store Credit refund.
A. Strict Return Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
To safeguard hygiene standards and fair commercial operations, the following items are strictly ineligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Accessories, Leggings, and Lingerie.
- Any item specifically marked or stated as non-returnable on the product page.
- All sale, clearance, or discounted items.
- Items sold under clearance sales, special event flash sales, or with a discount of 40% and above.
- Any product originally purchased at our physical retail store (Retail store items are completely distinct from online purchases).
B. Normal Promotional Disclaimers & Promotional Erosion
For normal promotional activities or bundles (e.g., 11.11 Bundle Promos, "Every 2PCS OFF RM11"):
- Returns are accepted for eligible items, but any unused reward points, promotional vouchers, or applied bundle discount amounts for that specific order will be instantly voided and will NOT be refunded, re-credited, or rolled over to your account.
- Items purchased using a voucher will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The refunded Store Credit will be pro-rated, and the total voucher amount value will be deducted from the finalized store credit issue.
C. Store Credit Refund & Cashless Protocol
- Strictly No Cash Refunds: All approved returns will be reimbursed solely via Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item. No cash, bank transfer, or card reversals will be executed under any circumstances.
- One-Time Free Shipping Loophole Guard: Returns are allowed only once per order.
- The Store Credit Lock-In: To protect the business against logistically abusive serial-returners, the RM8 (West Malaysia) / RM15 (East Malaysia) original exchange shipping cost is applied to your portal. To balance this, you will be entitled to a one-time free shipping voucher on your next order, encouraging a follow-up purchase.
- No Chain Returns: All subsequent purchases made using Store Credit are strictly NOT entitled to any further returns or exchanges, even if the new checkout involves an additional cash top-up payment.
D. Core Product Disclaimers (Reasons NOT Considered Defects)
Requests for returns or refunds based on the following reasons will be rejected, as they fall within standard commercial production parameters:
- Measurement Variances: A difference of 1cm to 3cm (approx. 0.5" - 1.5") between the received item and the stated online charts due to different fabric stretch capabilities and maximum stretch metrics.
- Color Calibration: Minor color variations in reality due to individual computer/mobile monitor screen calibrations and the intense studio lighting used during photography.
- Print Discrepancies: Variations in pattern and print placements on printed items resulting from random fabric cutting paths.
- Minor Imperfections: Small manufacturing anomalies that do not compromise the garment's structural integrity or overall appearance (e.g., loose threads, slight dotted stains).
- Self-Inflicted Damage: Any tears, rips, or slit marks caused by improper opening of packaging with scissors, penknives, or sharp tools.
- Improper Fabric Care: Fabric shrinkage or color bleeding/fading after washing. We advise all items to be carefully hand-washed and never soaked.
E. Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a successful return, items must be sent back in their strict original condition:
- Hangtags must remain intact and attached.
- Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Items must be completely free of odors, fragrance, body scent, makeup, or stains.
6. RETURN STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
To return an eligible item, you must strictly follow this workflow:
- Submit Request: Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +6010-5133557 to state your intent.
- Await Confirmation: Do not ship items back until you receive an explicit confirmation message from our WhatsApp team.
- Pack with Invoice: Securely pack the item along with its original invoice. If lost, reprint the invoice via your website account portal.
- Post Within 10 Days: Mail the parcel back to our official fulfillment depot within 10 days of receipt (verified against courier tracking delivery records).
- Provide Tracking: You must message our WhatsApp team with your return express courier tracking number immediately after posting.
- Processing Time: It takes approximately 2 working days from the date the parcel arrives at our facility for our quality control team to evaluate the garment and process your Store Credit email.

FINE LABEL assumes zero responsibility or liability for returned parcels until they are physically signed for and received by our team. We highly recommend utilizing an express trackable courier service and safely retaining your postage receipt until processing is complete. We are not liable for return parcels lost or damaged in transit, or any additional custom taxes incurred.
7. INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS CLAUSE
We carry out multi-stage quality control checks on all hardware, stitching, and zippers before mailing parcels out to guarantee your items arrive in excellent condition. In the rare event that an error occurs:
- Our Remediation Responsibility: If we have sent you an incorrect or structurally defective item, FINE LABEL will cover the return shipping costs (reimbursing a flat rate of RM8 for Peninsular Malaysia / RM15 for East Malaysia).
- Reporting Protocol: You must instantly take a snapshot photo of the defect/wrong item and send it to our WhatsApp at +6010-5133557 for immediate assistance and verification.
- Return Window: All verified incorrect/defective exchanges must be shipped back to us within 10 working days from the date the courier records state the parcel was delivered.
- Stock Shortage Safeguard: If an exact matching replacement item is no longer available in stock for an exchange, a full-value Store Credit will be issued to your account. There will strictly be no cash refunds.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & THIRD-PARTY LINKS
- Trademarks: fine-label.com does not claim any legal interest in third-party trademarks, logos, or brand properties displayed on this site. We exclusively retain all intellectual property rights, trademarks, and design copyrights pertaining to the "FINE LABEL" brand name and logo.
- Third-Party Liability: This Site may contain links to external sites managed by third parties. fine-label.com has no control over and provides no guarantees or warranties that external link content is safe from viruses, accurate, or free of inflammatory or defamatory material.
9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
