If your size isn't quite right, simply return your item within 10 days and we'll issue you Store Credit to help you order the correct size.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories
  • Leggings
  • Lingerie
  • Clearance Items
  • Items with 40% OFF & Above
  • Products marked as Non-Returnable
  • Retail Store Purchases (Seremban Boutique)

The following situations are also not eligible:

  • Shrinkage or colour fading due to improper washing
  • Items damaged after use
  • Items without original tags

💳 Store Credit Policy

Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit only.

We do not provide:

  • Cash Refunds
  • Bank Transfers
  • Credit Card Reversals

Store Credit can be used on your next purchase.


🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping is borne by the customer.

The following shipping fee will be deducted from your Store Credit:

  • RM8 (West Malaysia)
  • RM15 (East Malaysia)

To make things easier, we'll also issue you a One-Time Free Shipping Voucher for your next order.


🎁 Promotions & Vouchers

Items purchased during normal promotions (such as Every 2PCS OFF RM7.70 or 11.11 Campaign) are still eligible for return if they meet our policy.

However,

  • Bundle discounts
  • Reward points
  • Promotional vouchers

used in the original order will not be reinstated.

Orders paid using vouchers will be refunded based on the actual amount paid after voucher allocation.


👗 Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

✔ Unworn

✔ Unwashed

✔ Unaltered

✔ Free from perfume, makeup or stains

✔ Original FINE LABEL hangtag attached

All returned items will undergo Quality Control inspection before approval.

Pack your item together with your original invoice.

Lost your invoice?

Simply log in to your FINE LABEL account and reprint it.


Step 4

Post your parcel within 10 days from the courier delivery date.

We recommend informing us within 3 days after receiving your parcel for faster processing.


Step 5

Send us your courier tracking number via WhatsApp.


Step 6

After receiving your parcel, we'll complete Quality Control within approximately 2 working days.

Your Store Credit will then be emailed to you.

🚨 Wrong or Defective Items

If we accidentally sent you the wrong item or a defective product:

✔ We will reimburse return shipping up to:

  • RM8 (West Malaysia)
  • RM15 (East Malaysia)

Please WhatsApp us:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number

before returning the parcel.

If the item is no longer available, we'll issue full-value Store Credit.


ℹ️ What Is NOT Considered a Defect?

The following are considered normal production variations:

  • 1–3cm measurement differences
  • Minor colour differences due to screen display
  • Different print placements
  • Loose threads
  • Tiny washable marks
  • Damage caused when opening the parcel

📌 Important Notes

  • One return request is allowed per order.
  • Purchases made using Store Credit cannot be returned again.
  • Return parcels remain the sender's responsibility until safely received by FINE LABEL.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.
