📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours.
- Working days exclude weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
- Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Time
- West Malaysia: Approximately 1–3 working days
- East Malaysia: Approximately 3–7 working days
- Singapore: Approximately 5–14 working days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festive seasons, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
📮 Delivery Information
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice according to their standard operating procedures.
📦 Bounced / Returned Parcels
If your parcel is returned to FINE LABEL due to reasons such as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, uncollected parcel, or refusal by recipient, our Customer Service team will contact you via WhatsApp at +6010-5133557.
- Re-delivery shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Re-delivery will only be arranged after the postage fee has been paid.
- Returned parcels cannot be combined with new orders.
- Any unclaimed returned parcel after 90 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of without further notice.
⚠️ Delivery Disclaimer
Once your parcel has been successfully collected by the courier, delivery is under the responsibility of the courier company.
FINE LABEL shall not be liable for courier delays, failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information, loss or damage during transit, or any indirect loss arising from delayed deliveries.
While we are unable to guarantee courier performance, we will always do our best to assist you in communicating with the courier should any delivery issues arise.
